That nectar spur is amazingly long.
I'm always amazed, at the different times of day, when flower fragrances are the strongest.

This is a lovely hybrid. I am sorry your flower was damaged. I purchased a "blooming sized" one about 2 years ago. No blooms to date. I just love the term blooming size. I think it means the plant may bloom at this size if your culture is perfect and if the stars align. And I accept that. However, you does appear to be significantly larger than mine. So I am wondering, how tall is yours and how are you growing it? I have heard a lot of variability on the amount of light this angraecum prefers.
