I meant to write vulcanicola not vulvanicola. Jay Phal lists a vullcani and a vulcanica I don't think either one is this plant. I got it from SBOE a number of years ago from their $7.50 table.

Photo matches the one on Jay's site except the colour is different. I love these little gems.

Jay refers nanegalensis to vulcanica which he lists as a HOT grower I have always grown it cool as instructed by SBOE on their original tag. Oh well, it's happy, so I'll stay the course.

Here is this year's bloom. The plant probably has doubled in size. I have put it in a very large container where it will be untouched for at least 5 years.
