My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stanhopea revisited

Much to my surprise my Stanhopea Nigroviolacea has rebloomed. This is the same plant that I showed in my 28 Aug 10 post ("Some August Bloomers"). This time 3 very large blooms. Nice fragrance to my taste though I hear some don't appreciate it. The gongora is obviously still blooming.
