My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Grass Seed recommendations

We are putting in a new front lawn in the next couple of weeks, I would love to find the best type of seed for our New England climate. Ideally a very hardy low maintenance lawn (lots of sun), I realize I may be asking too much but figure you guys may have a few suggestions.
