That's a real puzzle...interestingly, a search for b. miniatum in google images also shows up two photos that look surprisingly like this one..so I guess the identity error exists elsewhere as well. The closest match I could find was b. barbigerum but the tuft of hair on that one looks much redder than this one. Looked through all the bulbos of this section on Jay's site to no avail...good luck on identifying this one!

I guess one tried to identify it from pictures on the net and the other just copied that! That's great if they have correct ID as well. Bulbo. barbigerum looks like a good suggestion.
