After 1-1/2 to 2 years, I lost my first plant. It seemed to dry up & die. Upon de-potting it to check the roots, Hundreds of tiny, fast moving insects scurried in all directions.After disposing of them, I promptly watered all the plants on that shelf with a solution of Safer'rs Insectidal soap & water.I didn't treat about 7 compots of seedlings, is this too strong for them? Also should I treat all the plants in the room? Was pouring the solution over the medium adequate, or should I soak them for a longer time? What were they, and how to I prevent this from occuring again? Thanks for any advise. I'm fairly new at this, and I don't want to lose 30+ plants, and 45+ seedlings.
