My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I'm starting to think there's more places to shop in Joplin than Springfield. We used to have relatives in that area but don't anymore, so there's no excuse to drive there for shopping. Tempting though.
You need an excuse, Christie? Aren't new places to shop for plants, enough? Lol! We're coming up there to go to Wickman's and a few other places soon, and to visit the hosta garden at Nathaniel Greene Park. We'll get Hilltop Farms on the way up. Also have a trip planned for Tulsa to hit all the nurseries, and one to Arkansas for Japanese maples at Westwood Gardens (and whatever else they might have interesting), a couple of places in Bella Vista while we are down there, and might as well run over to Perennials Etc while we are in the neighborhood.
