My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
My lawn appears to need a little greening up...............I am thinking about using either SBM or Milorginite. Which of these 2 would provide more of a green up for my lawn?
I've seen better results with the SBM, although the greenup seems to take a little longer. Milorganite advertises it contains iron (5%, I think) but it didn't seem to make a difference.
I'd recommend SBM for the nitrogen, and greensand for iron.
