Organic grub control?

Anyone use Safer brand grub killer ready-to-spray insecticide & repellent?

Description:effective on 6 species of white grubs,including June Bugs, Billbugs, Masked & European Chafers, Japanese Beetle & Oriental Beetles. It also kills Sod Webworms and Cinch Bugs. The active ingredient is Azadirachtin (.09%), a derivative of the seeds from the Neem trees of India and Africa.

I have never had reason to use it but if you want to spray something with about 95 percent Ethyl Alcohol in it you could use it.
Which of those pests do you need to control?

An area of my lawn that gets grub damage (not sure which kind). Tried nematodes last year, but they returned in a nearby area.

I'm sure the glass of wine I just drank has a higher concentration of ethanol than the treatment once you connect it to the hose and spray it out with water.

Just wondering if anyone had tried it, or had any opinion on the product.
