vibration sound spikes do not work. Castor oil does not work. I have had success with the harpoon traps but only if I can identify tunnels clearly. Moles are very hard to deal with!!!

Happened to us as well. Once the lawn got in shape, they moved in. They come in from our woods; if you know where the tunnels are, you can place traps. We used the kind in the link below. Stomp down your tunnels; wait and see what comes back. Never touch your traps with your bare hands; ALWAYS use gloves. Moles, being blind, have a keen sense of smell. I use plastic disposable gloves when placing traps. I also wipe down the spears that go into the soil with peanut butter.
