Is that a hybrid? Species names are not capitalized whereas hybrids are, i.e. Lycaste macrophylla. Having said that, yours looks very different from mine. Yours has a lot more color! Are you sure of the ID? I think mine is ugly but I like yours.

Yes species mrbreeze. Accidental cap shift.
My other Lyc. is the "ugly" version with only a pink lip, green sepals.
mrbreeze may I see your "ugly macrophylla"?
stitzweller if you have a macrophylla would you also be willing to share?
