Here too, around 6 pm. Nothing like all forms of weather at the same time.

Here around 8:00 or so. I live above Hbg.

Thunder, lightening, snow & ice falling at the same time & very high wind gusts. Our house rumbled from the thunder.

It was pretty neat!

Here in Bedminster in the early evening, and I jumped a mile. The lightening was incredibly bright and the thunder was amazing. i thought at first a plane might have gone down somewhere but when I went outside and saw all the snow and sleet,I knew it must have been thunder.

I'm in Seven Valleys outside York and the lighting was quite shoking. I had thought a plane landed in the field because I wasn't prepared for any thunder and lighting this time of the year. At least not in PA!

Same thing here in Chester County. I was driving home on the PA turnpike when I saw the night sky light up in the distance. I was listening to KYW on the radio and no mention was made about it on the weather forcast , so I too was thinking it sure was weird.
I wonder if we will ever get a good old fashion snow storm this year.

We had it all here in southwestern PA, too. A friend considered getting her son awake to see and hear it all. I said, "He would have thought you were crazy."
She replied,"Yeah, that's why I didn't get him up."
It was a surprising event!

We had thunder in Bucks, around 10:30 pm. My dog started barking as we were falling asleep. I couldn't believe it was thunder... my thoughts were 1. the barn must be falling down; 2. my neighbors house must be exploding; 3. the terrorist attack has begun. Of course, my husband's response was "What noise?".

Time to get some Prozac!!
