My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is the oldest plant I have - when I bought it it was already old - I reckon that is why I got it cheap. It has about 15 p-bulbs plus a few shriveled remnants but only 2 have still got any leaves. It has a lot more flowers! These are the 2 best.I guess it's about 25 years old altogether.Please don't ask for a pic of the whole plant - it looks like me in the morning.
