not from there, but have been looking at properties to "stretch out" in that area. i haven't quite found exactly what i want, but it's getting close. found a wonderful home in blossburg, but i couldn't have chickens there so i passed. another great 'property' in millerton, but the house was an absolute joke.

i was wondering the same thing too, how many gardeners are on GW and up that way.

I'm not from directly there, but close to in a way---do you know Salladasburg, south on route 287? We often come up to go fishing, picnicing etc at the Tioga Hammond dam.

I'm not from there but have been up there - some BEAUTIFUL country. When my children were small ( and I was still married to their father) we used to take them up to Coudersport to a hunting lodge. It's like another world.

Bummer...would so love to meet and swap plants. For all the trading I have done so far in here, the shipping is killing me! Oh well, maybe sometime down the line, but then that's ok to because that will give me a chance to increase my flowers etc. so I guess there is a positive to it, it just involves waiting....
