My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Yes, it was a steal! I think I have the same plant, got mine at the WOC last January. Unfortunately by the time I got home I had lost the ID stick, so I can't help you with an ID. My plant is spiking. The bloom really lasted a long time, I was really happy with it.
It is not a pure spicerianum, more likely a spicerianum primary hybrid but more spicerianum than anything else. Very attractive dorsal and a nice photo.
