I just googled this and it's a Odontobrassia cross, so you may get more info searching for cultural requirements for this intergeneric group. The 30-10-10 may not be the best thing for flowers - the first number is nitrogen which is mainly used for leafy green growth. I don't think these guys need a lot of light, but you may want to increase it slightly if you're not seeing blooms.

I agree with the light issue....give it more light, once it adjusts to the new enviorment, it will bloom for you.~Charm
