My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I had to look it up Ladycraft. Sounds like an interesting plant - huge leaves! I'd like to hear how it does for you if you get it. Mobot's website says it needs some water and the leaves may burn in summer sun so you'll need a shady spot for it. If you have an area that's shaded from your house but not full of tree roots, it will be easier to keep the soil moist.
