Well,that is supposedly a wonderful rose and is on my list along with way too many others. I already have around 80 of them and it never seems to stop. I've never seen Just Joey offered anywhere but in catalogs. I like getting the bare root plants as they always tend to grow better for me than those potted up at commercial establishments.

In the early 1990s, when I planted my first roses, I could not find Just Joey at a nursery either. I think you are right. I will have to buy it online. Over the past two weeks, I visited Behnke's in Beltsville, Md. (I lived in the MD suburbs of D. C. during the 1990s and they have a very nice selection. I built my garden at this new house last Fall and prepared it then for Spring planting.

I still need my 7 oranges and yellows. The nursery did not have the oranges and yellows I wanted. Most of the roses I found were from Weeks, then J&P, and finally Star.

They are having an end-of-inventory sale for $11.95 a plant and shipping date of April 18.
