Has anyone used this type of weeder for the lawn http://www.rittenhouse.ca/asp/Product.asp?PG=433

It applies a pinch of coarse salt directly to the weed and is supposed to work on tap rooted weeds like dandelions, thistle, etc. I was just wondering if anyone has used it and were the results good, bad, or in between.
