wish i could figure out how to insert a pic, my baby chicks are here!! picked the up at the p.o. 6 am. then, one red infrared light wouldnt put out any heat--as opposed to one exactly like it, necessating quick trip to town to get another one--that was like one that didnt put out enough heat. then , had to take it back--ended up with a clear, but it heats. now, i know infrared is supposed to heat only the object--but this was strange. babies piled up under it--while the other infrared bulb heated the entire pen!so-- i had to go to town 3 times before 8 am.
