My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
The spike is very long and branched and difficult to photograph in it's entirety without losing the detail in the individual flowers.I think the deep colouration and the frilly lip is worth a look so here is just one bloom.
Hello Sheila, If you are looking in I have photographed the entire plant, but as you will see, no detail in the individual flowers. Much to my amazement I cut through the rhizome at the back of the plant just in front of a small back bulb in the spring, the bulb has produced a growth which in turn has produced a very small spike! You can just see it in the picture. Peter
Yes, I see the new spike. What a healthy plant! Of course it's rewarding you with beautiful blooms! You're not only a good grower, but a good photographer as well. I love this photo.
