My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Living in south Florida, brasavolas are easy to grow. And most crosses with brasavola grows easy too. They have been divided and planted in the landscape and given to neighbors. They come from Central and South America. My best guess is that if us humans got going a million years later I think they would be growing naturally here in Florida. Thanks for your nice comments....
