I'd actually set them outside now. It's harsher on plants to set them in direct sunlight right away, especially if they haven't been hardened off - which means getting them to the point where they can handle being outside in their intended locations 24/7. Just like humans who have spent too much time indoors in the winter, we shouldn't just go outside and spend an entire day in full sun or many of us would be severely sunburned. We have to spend a few minutes each day and acclimate our skin so that it has a higher tolerance. Same thing for plants in terms of wind, temperature fluctuation, and sun. If they've been growing in a nursery, they're not acclimated to the outdoors. So you need to get them used to it first, a few hours a day until they're strong enough to handle all day, every day.
