My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: Mexican Fan Palm seedlings

I have plenty of Washingtonia robusta seedlings available for trade. Looking primarily for other cold/cool hardy palm seedlings/seeds, but will consider trades for bamboos,bananas,elephant ears,orchids,tropical-like temperates. Also have a few extra Canary Is Date Palm seedlings I might part with for the right palms.
