The grex name is a mystery, does it really say Penny Candy on the tag?

Scratched around and solved the name riddle.
Should be;
Oncostele Eye Candy 'Penny Candy' and NO!
nomenclature is not my hobby but every month or after every show where I am the Marshal, I have to decipher the junk that growers write on benching cards or show entry forms.
The individual flowers on this hybrid are beautiful. Wilsonara has gone the way of the Dodo.
