The third one down looks like an inkberry holly. If the weather is very dry, give it about a gallon of water once a week. Shouldn't require any other care, they're trouble-free.

The fourth one down is Heuchera (Coral Bells). These are very easy perennials. As long as they have good drainage and have some shade, they will do well.

Heuchera micrantha 'Palace Purple'. It will need dividing every few years.

The first looks like some sort of dogwood, and if the photo was taken anytime recently, its probably a kousa dogwood.

The last one looks like a Virginia Sweetspire (Itea virginica 'Henry's Garnet or 'Little Henry' - depending on the mature size it eventually reaches). The foliage is always very pretty (and persistent) in the fall!

I would have to agree to Rokoku on the Kousa. I just planted one and it looks very similar. How much sun is it getting as the Kousa likes moderate sun?
