My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Like so many Pleuros, this one requires patience. First bloom was one inflorescence, anemic looking. Next year 3, now many, and it's still a small plant. I have seen a larger plant with what looked like 100 spikes. The other good thing about this one is that all the flowers will open at the same time so it makes a real flush.
