I live in Lancaster Co. and there are large garden centers with large selections of plants plus small Amish and Mennonite greenhouses selling mostly annuals.

I buy them at different places. There is one, Black Creek Greenhouses in East Earl, that has an excellent selection of perennials and annuals. Another good one is Groff's in Quarryville.

Groff's, southeast of Quarryville, is a nice family run plant nursery. Here is their website http://www.groffsplantfarm.com/index.html

Nearby is an Amish nursery known for herbs and annuals called Mary Fisher's, but I don't have the address. The people at Groff's would know, or, if you are in the area, stop and ask someone.

This weekend is the Master Gardener Annual Plant sale at the
Farm and Home Center in Lancaster (The Cooperative Extension in Lancaster County). I was planning on going, but can't b/c there's a plant swap in Bethlehem that I don't want to miss.

In the Central Manor area there are several small greenhouses which raise their own plants. Donnerville Rd. has several of them, between Mountville and Millersville. Thanks for the plant sale info.! Also, the native plant sale at MSU is in June. Will check dates. Betz
