If it is a stray, trap it in a live trap and take it to the pound or find a chicken farmer nearby to take it. They will normally take any cat it helps keep mice out of their chicken houses.

Put a pile of loose compost from the Joplin free compost place some place other than by your vegetables or front door. Maybe it will use that instead.

Oh it has hit very nearly every bed I have at some point in time since spring has arrived an I started moving the soil to plant things.
It just needs to move on down the road to do his/her business.
I think I may go ahead an plant some marigolds. It has kept it out of the other beds. I just needed to vent this morning.
Was a bit of a downer to smell that early every a.m.

I had to go on-line to pay bills and was just lurking until I read that day lily post. My mother passed away June 1 and I have not settled in to my routine yet. Thanks for everyone's interest. My day lilies were pretty but everything is starting to look a little scorched lately. My cats have to go in any newly dug ground whether they really have to go on not. But they always cover their messes; I don't like that around food so I have many tangled barriers. They really do very little damage; it is the dogs that are trouble.
