Oklahoma forum

On the Okla. forum there is a list of tomatoes with descriptions - a summary of results. I like to read these to help me decide what to plant. I could not rate mine yet; they haven't all started producing. I like Granny Cantrell that Glenda recommended last year. I love the perfect pink smooth fruit of Eva Purple Ball and Perfect Purple but I have to wait for the tomatoes; they aren't producing very many. Glacier was my early one. Its tomatoes are small but it has produced lots and I like the small size. Some of the blacks taste great, but I have had to cut bad parts off the blacks. It is funny in the same garden some tomatoes are flawless and some have rotten spots and worm holes. Glacier has had a few worm holes but is usually perfect. Maybe a tomato that takes forever to ripen is more likely to sustain damage.
