Cedar Juniper Question

There is a factory in Clarksville that planted some kind of Juniper all around their boundary. It looks like red cedar (juniper) except it grows tall and narrow unlike red cedar which has a Christmas tree shape.

These two trees are crossing and the crossbreds are obvious. I have'nt been able to find a juniper on line that looks like the tall narrow tree. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be? I think i'm going to try to find a seedling and plant it up here.
