I used to grow corn and used fish emulsion once when I had some left over from my roses. It was a wonderful fertilizer. The raccoons won't let me grow corn anymore and it's been awhile since I've grown it so can't give you the exact measurment of fish emulsion to water. They could probably tell you over on the vegetable forum.

Here in PA Dutch country, we use manure for pretty much everything. It's the best fertilizer around. I buy the dehydrated manure at a local garden center.
