My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Still not tempted to try the Angraecums because i'm sticking to my plan of trying to be a specialist. But there are distractions along the way such as a raffle plant of Den. Roy Tokunaga from H & R in Hawaii via a local orchid nursery. Supposed to be easy to grow and bloom, but mine has grown well but never bloomed. Maybe next year.
Thanks for the comments everyone. Knick-knack: I've only had it for about a year, so I'm not sure yet. It certainly is a SLOW grower. I had one of these a while back and it succumbed to rot.
