It's a medium sized small plant, 2 inflos are open, 3 more coming. Appears very willing, 5 spikes with the 1st bloom has good implications.

We don't see too many black orchids at shows and you are right, they come out mostly brown in photos.

Super cute! It's like blue bells, but black! Lovely, I kinda want one now, which is odd because I'm not normally a pleuro fan.

Here is the yellow or 'normal' version of this plant. The black spike is shown below. Similar other than the color. The tag just reads Pleuro immersa, does not specify yellow which I believe is assumed. The tag (from Andy) for the black one specified the color.

Cute! I imagine growing cooler really enhances the dark color.
