Peaches - what did the bugs look like that you sprayed?

It is always best to ask first then spray. You may be killing good insects, when in fact your problem is actually a fungus or a disease. ( Insect spray will not correct)

I have seen these spots on mine. They have not done much damage- I have read that the University of Georgia has concluded that these leaf spots are caused by a combination of sun and water on the foliage and are not harmful to the plant. It is a genetic characteristic of some cultivars of Oakleaf Hydrangeas.

I've had this problem often in the past with my Oakleaf. I thought it might be the location as it gets a lot of water and splash from the downspout. Knock on Wood, but this year it looks good.
