Depending on the variety, many species and hybrids will put out new shoots and buds, bloom, then grow more shoots and buds, bloom, rinse, repeat -- as long as they get enough sun, warmth and water, and have room for roots and vines to grow. Check local nurseries and nursery websites to see what they call "everblooming", but realize that even passies need to take a rest now and then! :>)

I'm in zone 10. I have Incense, Ruby Glow and Lavander Lady. They don't bloom in the winter months.

I have P. Alatocerulea/Belottii (extremely fragrant) and Sprucii (for butterflies) blooming all winter.

Butterfly world just north of us has many of them blooming. Triloba, Coccinia and Vitifolia amongst others> Many of the blooming P. vines there don't have i.d. labels.
