My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I don't see why it couldn't be hand pollinated. The reproductive parts are visible. I don't know enough about passies to know what would be a good plant to take pollen from or if it can be self fertilized. Give it a try. The worst that will happen is nothing.
We have loads of bats but they are all insect eaters. They are very cool to watch fly out at dusk. They'll zip right over your head trying to catch bugs. Karyn
