Looks like Indian Pipe, a harmless fungi growing in shaded woodland.

Retract that, it is not , I believe, classified as fungi. It is a parasitic plant that needs to get its nutrients from , usually, a host fungi among others since it has no chlorophyll of its own ( cannot produce its own food) .
