I am sure that no one has responded to you because sending seed from one country to another is very difficult as you need to have permission from Customs. For example most people on this forum are from USA and you cannot send them seed as USA Customs would destroy it. Also some Passiflora can be very invasive and could get you in trouble if you tried to import them into Malaysia. There will be quite few native Passiflora in Malaysia that you could grow so it is worth contacting local botanical gardens for advice.
