no its not I would wait until it falls off the vine or until the outside of the fruit becomes wrinkly it usually takes at least 6 weeks some species take longer like P. Antioquiensis which takes about 6 months. I am not aware of how long it will take for this species but its probably closer to the former than the latter.

Fruit looks small and probably is not ready. Since you mentioned about selling them, you might also try to grow some by cuttings. I have had success by propagating the suckers growing up from the ground, which is useful because I didn't want them growing there anyway, and then I could pot it up and make another plant out of it.
