Molly, the wild ones are most likely to be incarnata, as they are the most showy and noticable. You may also have lutea in your area, which has fairly small, modest yellow flowers. It should be a straightforward process to transplant if you're sure to dig up a good portion of the root, keep it moist during transport and replant as soon as you can. You'll might want to prune back the attached vine a little as well, to compensate for lost roots. Water it, but don't over-water, as passis for the most part don't like wet feet.

If that sounds like too much trouble, you could simply wait a couple of months and then collect the fruit for the seeds.
