I've seen the one you're talking about. The guy who's selling it must have a bunch he's made from cuttings, because this is about the fifth he's auctioned off in the past month.

And yes, I've been tempted!

I've bought a number of plants from Potatorock over the past couple years, mostly salvias but I have bought a few of his passies. They are always healthy but not very big. I've been getting spoiled by the size plants I get from Z9. lol I don't think that I'll bid on that one because of the conditions it requires. I'll see how my antioquensis does and go from there but I really do like the looks of that plant.

I bought the passiflora on eBay. It was a mature plant when it arrived, so I was very happy. Usually they arrive very small from other companies.

Nervous about the light conditions as I dont want something rare to die.

Good luck with your passie. It's a beautiful plant. You'll have to let us know how it does and post pics of the blooms. I'm just hesitant because it's so hot and humid here during the summer, definitely not the conditions that variety likes. I've always been happy with the plants I've received from him. He also has a web store so you don't have to go through Ebay if you don't want to.
