How to post a picture:

You have several options, but all depend on one thing. You must get the picture onto the internet, else it won't be accessible to anyone.

You do that one of several ways-
Search the internet for a "free image host", put your picture there, and build a link from here to it.

Email it to someone who owns a server, and ask them to put it up for you.

Turn your home machine into a server- You'll need to have a broadband connection with a dedicated IP, and a decent firewall.... As servers tend to attract "script kiddies" who will attempt to break in & "steal your identity", as if that could happen anyway.

When you have your image on the internet, wherever it is, you must build a link to it using HTML code. THe way to do that is something like this:

First you need the code. Type

Don't forget the ending "> or you won't see anything.

If you get it right, you should see your image. For example:
