I purchased my passion flower back in March of this year. It blooms about every 2 or 3 weeks, but it only blooms one flower at a time. There is normally only one bud at a time on the entire vine. It has grown to about 12 feet so far but just not blooming very much. Is this normal?

Depends on what type of passion flower you have. Over-fertilization can promote vegetative growth at the expense of blossoms. Can you describe your plant to us?
