My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
As far as I know, you should soak them in water for a couple days, and then germinate them in a zip lock baggy with some peat moss in it. Make sure not to let it dry out, but also do not keep it to wet. Use a fungicide to keep the peat moss damp instead of water. But this is what I am guessing you do. This is the process with many types of palm seeds. It may be different with the sagos.
