nonblooming passiflora?

I've had my passionflower for over a year (it continues to grow and is about 6' tall and 10' wide) BUT IT'S NEVER BLOOMED! I'm not sure which species it is, but it's supposed to have the coral flowers. Here I am, it's June in Northern California with full sun, and still NO FLOWERS! Please help with any suggestions or pertinent info!

Of over 50 varieties, four of mine are in bloom. Four.
How to 'make' them bloom? Besides wait? Who knows.

with all the crazy weather we are having my plants are having nervous brack downs. Some are even afrade to leaf.
of my P. Lavender Lady is the only one who has woken up and been producing.
