I don't know if you have the space for it, but transplanting it to a larger pot might help. Passis like to spread their roots out, and fruiting takes a good deal of effort. More roots should result in more flowers and fruit.

Not Really jblaschke... This is the Biggest pot I can get on the Windowsill... Is there anything else I can do?
