My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Just thought I'd show off my newest bloomer this year! Ain't she grand?

I crossed the first flower two days ago with week-old pollen from this:

Passiflora incarnata 'alba' just recently received from Brushwood nursery. Wish me luck on the fruit taking!
