My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Are these seeds easy to germinate and hard to get? Passiflora trifasciata..... I might have a trade but want to make sure they are rare....I am possibly trading for rare Morning glory seeds....Thank you for your time...Barb Newb at passies
