If this version of incense is as tough as the original, I would wait for a cloudy day, dig the new hole first, then move the allspice to it. Put an umbrella over the plant for abouut a week to prevent as much shock as possible. Water well. If you have lots of vine, it may help to cut it back to about 3 ft. I wouldn't do it at all if the temps are over 84*
